Box Lacrosse plain and simple is indoor lacrosse. The NLL, National Lacrosse League, is played in the US and Canada and is a professional indoor lacrosse league. The rules just like any sport can be complicated. Thankfully, we found the YouTube channel for Ninh Ly who gives a quick overview about the whole sport.
