Lacrosse: Wall Ball Edition

Each time you play wall ball you should not just be aimlessly throwing the ball against the wall or rebounder, but picking out a specific spot, moving your feet and should last at least 20 intense minutes of skilled stick work.

Having good stick skills is crucial for improving your abilities in the game of lacrosse. Make a significant contribution to the team and take a look at youtube for many great wall ball/rebounder specific drills.
